Over the Moon

Welcome to another INKspired blog hop.  Big celebrations are happening in our team this hop as it is number 100!  It is such a privilege to be part of Teneales wonderful team.

Here is what we had to work with on this hop.  I must admit I struggled at bit with this one as I have yet to put my big order in as we are going on holiday shortly and I don't want to spend up yet!

I've used the stamp set Over the Moon.  Those cows are just so cute and the sentiments make me smile.  I have been having a bit of fun making cards using this set and seeing what everyone else is up to has been inspirational.

I've used an in colour Pretty Peacock for my base card with Crumb Cake on top of that.  I don't have a die that cuts those scallops so I'm always looking for other scallops to use.  I found them on the Scalloped Linen Ribbon.  My goodness this is beautiful ribbon.  It is a beautiful weight to work with.  I can't wait to try it with other projects.

I've made a background using Rooted in Nature.  I've stamped off and then on to the Crumb Cake cardstock using Crumb Cake ink.  I stamped the sentiment with Versa Mark and used white embossing powder to make it stand out.

I have stamped the cow using Memento black ink and coloured her in using Blends.  I've tied some Linen Thread around the Crumb Cake background.  Kind of ties in with bailing twine don't you think!

I've kept the inside fairly simple and haven't used a sentiment giving more space to write a note.

Well I hope you've enjoyed stopping by and now it's time to head off to see what Teneale has done.  I've no idea but I just love everything she does.

Hop on over to Narelle blog
